We support this with community information, personal rental and sales tours and settling in support. This along with our expert real estate brokers make for an experience unattainable with other local or international companies.
RELOCATION TOUR PRICING
CANDIDATE AREA TOUR – $450
Familiarizing your job candidate with the area will get them excited about the benefits of living in the Pacific Northwest. Tours can include a discussion on neighborhood demographics, school ratings, driver, bicyclist, and public transit commute times, as well as provide insights on cost of living. Includes sample listings.
RENTAL AND SALES TOURS
Expert pre-screening for demographics, pets, schools, commute times and budget allows us to customize high quality rental and sales tours that result in quick rental procurement. We provide advice on standard timelines, deposits, procure applications and conduct lease reviews.
Half Day Guided Tour – $650 – 4-5 hours with tour specialist, viewing 4-5 properties.
Full Day Guided Tour – $850 – 6 hours with tour specialist, viewing 7-8 properties.
Remote Guided Tour – $700 – client chooses their top options from a list we hand curate, we coordinate video walkthroughs of their top choices. We typically send along 25-40 properties and follow up on 10-15.
Remote and Self-Guided Tours are over a 2-week period; we can also split the tours to do both options if a client is in town and wants to look but then continue the search remotely.
*If a relocation candidate purchases a home through our services within 30 days of our tour, the fee for the tour is refunded in full.
